Your goal
Build four suit foundations from ace to king. Keep that objective in view throughout the round. Return to the instructions when a step is unclear.
Step by step
- Build down in alternating colours. Any face-up card carries all cards below it, even when unordered. Kings fill empty columns.
- Select a face-up card and then the destination pile or Empty slot.
- Use foundations where available; full Spider or Scorpion runs clear automatically.
- Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.
Choosing and moving on screen
Click or tap cards and piles. Wide tableaus scroll inside the game; use Undo, Hint and New deal where shown. Use the control method described here for this activity. Read the example below alongside these instructions.
Put the rules into context
A red 6 carrying an unordered tail can move onto a black 7. Use the example as a guide rather than a substitute for reading your board. Read the matching step again.
Check this before moving on
Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. Compare the situation with the worked example. After a move, check what changed. Decide which rule explains the new state before acting again.
